The Worshipful Master
The Worshipful Master is the chief officer and presiding authority, entrusted with the overall leadership, direction, and well-being of the Lodge.
He governs meetings, ensures that Masonic ritual and traditions are properly observed, and upholds harmony, discipline, and brotherly conduct among the members.
As the head of the Lodge, the Worshipful Master appoints committees, guides lodge activities, represents the Lodge within the wider Masonic community, and serves as a mentor and example to the brethren.
More than an administrative role, the office carries deep symbolic meaning, emphasizing wisdom, service, and responsibility in leading the lodge with fairness and integrity.
