The Junior Warden
The Junior Warden is an important supporting officer responsible for assisting the Worshipful Master and Senior Warden in maintaining order and harmony among the brethren.
Traditionally stationed in the South, he symbolises refreshment, balance, and the proper use of time and enjoyment.
The Junior Warden oversees the Lodge during periods of refreshment, reminding members to practice moderation and good conduct, and often plays a role in supporting fellowship and morale.
As a progressing officer, the Junior Warden continues to develop leadership skills, preparing himself for future advancement within the Lodge line.
